We understand that purchased products or services may not always meet your expectations, and we have established this Refund Policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all customers.

3. Australian Consumer Law Rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This Refund Policy is in addition to your rights under the ACL and does not limit or replace those statutory rights. Where this policy provides more favourable terms than the ACL requires, those terms apply. Where the ACL provides more favourable terms, the ACL prevails.
4. Refund Eligibility by Product Type
4.1 Digital Educational Products
Digital products include downloadable workbooks, reference guides, audio session packages, and other electronic materials delivered upon purchase. Refund eligibility for digital products is as follows:
- Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the digital content
- Partial refund (50% of purchase price) available within 14 days if you have accessed less than 25% of the digital content and provide a written explanation of your dissatisfaction
- No refund available after 14 days from the date of purchase, or if more than 25% of the digital content has been accessed
- Refunds are not available for digital products purchased at a promotional discount greater than 40% off the regular price
4.2 Physical Educational Products
Physical products include printed workbooks, reference cards, and other tangible materials shipped to your address. Refund eligibility for physical products is as follows:
- Full refund available within 30 days of delivery if the product is returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped
- Partial refund available for products returned in opened but resalable condition, at our discretion
- Products that have been written in, damaged by the customer, or otherwise altered are not eligible for refund
4.3 Programs and Challenges
Structured multi-week programs and challenges include scheduled content delivery, guided exercises, and progress tracking. Refund eligibility for programs is as follows:
- Full refund available within 7 days of program start date if no program materials have been accessed
- Partial refund (pro-rata based on remaining program duration) available within 14 days of program start date if less than 20% of program content has been accessed
- No refund available after 14 days from the program start date, or if more than 20% of program content has been accessed
- Program transfers to a future cohort may be offered as an alternative to refund, subject to availability
4.4 Consulting and Guidance Services
Consulting services include personalised evening routine guidance delivered through scheduled sessions. Refund eligibility for consulting services is as follows:
- Full refund available if a scheduled session is cancelled by us or if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time
- 50% refund available if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled session time
- No refund available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time, or for no-shows
- Unused consulting session credits from multi-session packages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase, minus any sessions already completed
4.5 Audio Session Subscriptions
If we offer subscription-based access to our audio session library, the following refund terms apply:
- Full refund available within 7 days of initial subscription purchase if no audio sessions have been streamed or downloaded
- Subscription renewals are non-refundable, but you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period
5. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following purchases are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Free content, resources, or trial materials provided at no charge
- Gift purchases after the gift has been redeemed or accessed by the recipient
- Products or services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
- Customised or personalised materials created specifically for your request
- Third-party products or services accessed through links on our website
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your full name, email address used for purchase, order number or transaction reference, and date of purchase
- Specify the product or service for which you are requesting a refund

- For physical product returns, wait for our return authorisation and shipping instructions before sending items back
We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days of receiving all required information.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been initiated
- Refund amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and reflect the amount paid, excluding any non-refundable shipping charges
- Currency conversion differences for international payments are determined by your bank or payment provider
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product or an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund including original shipping charges. For defective digital products, we will provide a corrected version or a full refund at your preference.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account and access to purchased content. We will provide relevant transaction documentation to payment providers to resolve legitimate disputes fairly.
10. Subscription Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a recurring subscription, you may do so at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at touch@hipsfaunarinsing.world. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise specified in Section 4.5 above.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Refund requests are governed by the policy in effect at the time of your original purchase, unless the updated policy provides more favourable terms.
